The ballots are cast, the tally is in, and once again BlueCat is in the winner’s circle!
For the fourth straight year, BlueCat was recognized as a Best Workplace in Canada by Great Place to Work.
Even more, BlueCat continues to climb in the rankings of the “mid-size” (100-999 employee) category. We first cracked the list at #31 in 2017, moving up to #28 in 2018, #24 last year, and now #22 this year.
Along with its status as a Best Workplace in Canada, BlueCat has also been recognized for multiple years as a Best Workplace for Women (2020), Best Workplace for Inclusion (2020), Best Workplace in Technology (2019), Best Workplace for Millennials (2019), and Best Workplace for Mental Wellness (2019).
Great Place to Work is the global authority on building, sustaining, and recognizing high-trust, high-performing workplace cultures. Using thirty years of research and data as a baseline, the Great Place to Work award is based on the Trust Index Survey which is taken annually by millions of employees worldwide.
“BlueCat is thrilled to be recognized once again as a Best Workplace in Canada,” said Cheryl Kerrigan, VP of People at BlueCat. “Our consistent rise in the rankings is a testament to the hard work of the BlueCat People team to build and nurture our corporate culture. It also says a lot about what our culture code means to the BlueCat employees who live it every day. We’re honored by this award, and have our sights set on an even higher rank next year!”
